About the Event

Learn some tips to kickstart your journey to making fermented foods at home.  We will share what we know, starting with a tasting of the range of pickles and krauts that we make for sale in the shop and continuing with preparation of a jar of veg for you to ferment at home.  We will answer questions and trouble shoot as we go along, hopefully encouraging you to break down any barriers that you might have built up against employing this efficient and practical method of preserving food at home.
