Specially matured by Neal's Yard Dairy, Hafod is a unique Cheddar made in Wales by the Holden family using organic milk from their Ayrshire cows.  Made with raw cow's milk and aged from 12 months onwards, this is a sweet, grassy cheddar that is more delicate than some but truly delicious.
