Made by Graham Kirkham in Lancashire, England.  The last traditional raw milk Lancashire is made slowly with milk from their small family herd of 100 cows.  

 

An extremely versitile cheese that I recommend keeping in stock at home at all time.  An excellent snack, works well on a cheeseboard and a brilliant ingredient too.
