Specially matured by Giorgio Cravero, this is the only Parmigiano Reggiano I (Suzannah) have ever sold in 17 years as a cheesemonger and it is the only one I would ever sell! 
 
This is my Desert Island Cheese, one to have in your fridge at all times if possible.
