The Coronavirus crisis, ‘Lockdown’ and the closure of cafes and restaurants has had a devastating impact on farmhouse cheesemakers. Many of us save ‘proper cheese’ for a treat to eat in restaurants but much of that that cheese has already been made and for our soft cheesemakers in particular, the cheese is ready now and will not wait so we send out a plea and a marvellous selection for you to enjoy now at home.
