The Corinth raisin (Vitis vinifera) is a small unique variety (P.D.O) of grape endemic to the Corinthian region of the Peloponnese. They are small in size, but punch above their weight in terms of their sweetness and taste. In the UK they are also known as Greek currants.
They are a great source of energy, vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. Eat raw, use in cakes, puddings, cookies, bread or salads. Great for morning energy. Add to your breakfast cereal, yogurt, porridge or as a healthy snack between meals.
