A mini version of the Simnel Cake, an Easter tradition. 


Our homemade fruit cake is a lighter style, packed full of fruit and spices and the all important dash of brandy.  Each cake contains a marzipan layer and is finished with a marzipan topping and the eleven balls to represent the diciples (minus Judas).
