Zweigelt & Blaufrankisch rose from a biodynamic vineyard in Burgenland, Austria. Judith Beck has been handling the cellar of her family's vineyard there since 2001 and uses low intervention farming and winemaking methods to produce her wines.
This rose rests on the lees for 4 months so it has more body than most rose styles and has flavours of cherries and strawberries supported by a fresh acidity.
We like it lightly chilled!
