Kritharaki is the ingredient most Greeks have associated with Sunday lunch, as it usually accompanies the oven baked meat stew Greeks families share on Sundays. The tiny pieces of pasta are perfect when combined with tomato sauce, or as part of any oven baked stew. You can add kritharaki to winter soups, use it as a base for an interesting summer salad or to replace rice in risottos.
