This is a delicious hard sheep's milk cheese from the Basque area of the Pyrenees.


It has a smooth silky texture and sweet nutty flavour.  


Great on a cheeseboard but also a lovely cheese to pair with wine, charcuterie and nibbles with drinks or a picnic lunch.  It will also be great shaved onto salad to start a meal or grated onto more delicate pasta or risotto dishes.


Pasteurised sheep's milk.
