Durum wheat semolina pasta made with bronze moulds to create the perfect texture. The wheat is grown on a small farm in Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo. Once the wheat is milled into semolina, it is made in an artisanal pasta factory that has been producing pasta for 150 years.
