To show off our amazing Italian vegetables, we have been developing some recipes so to make life easier for you at home.  You can serve these aubergines as an aperitivo or anti-pasti, a side dish to something grilled or stir them through your favourite pasta or grain.


Alessandra is from Liguria so preparing dishes with these ingredients is second nature to her.



Mediterranean: Aubergine, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt 

Moroccan: Aubergine, garlic, parsley, harissa, salt

Teriyaki: Aubergine, honey, tamari soy sauce (contains GLUTEN, SOYA), dry thyme
